2014 Think Tank

Ten students from three colleges combined training, seminars, and research to develop a joint presentation, “Are You Being Taxed Out of Westchester:  Students Offer Insights.”  They explored how much of out migration in the older adult population is due to taxes and what steps policy makers can take to lessen the older adult tax burden.
